The threshold is calculated on the order total after discounts and before taxes.
Processing times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
During peak periods (holidays or promotional campaigns), order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Orders placed before 12:30 PM (CET/CEST) on a business day are generally shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:30 PM, on Fridays after the cut-off time, or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
We currently offer one shipping option for European deliveries.
Orders are typically delivered Monday through Saturday and usually arrive within 2–6 days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, peak shipping periods, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Order changes and cancellations
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 15 minutes of placing it.
After this time, your order may already be in processing and changes may no longer be possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
Missing or delayed deliveries
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 5 days at hello@urca.shop, and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.
URCA will support the investigation process with the carrier.
In the event that a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
