Return Policy
At URCA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return eligible items in line with the policy below and your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
Return eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order provided that:
• Items are unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Products are returned in original, resalable condition
• All tags, labels, and original packaging are included
• Items show no signs of wear, damage, dirt, or use
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
Non-refundable costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
How to request a return
To request a return, please:
1. Contact our Customer Care team at hello@urca.shop within 30 days of delivery, including your order number.
2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Send the return using a tracked shipping service.
All returned items are subject to inspection once received.
Refunds
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receipt.
• During peak periods, refund processing may take up to 10–15 business days.
At this time, exchanges and store credit are not available.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@urca.shop and include:
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging
• Your order number
For shipping damage claims, both carriers and URCA require photographic evidence.
Providing clear, detailed, and well-lit images allows us to process your request faster.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
Damage caused by improper use, care, or accidents after delivery is not covered.
Items not eligible for return
Returns will not be accepted if:
• More than 30 days have passed since delivery
• The item has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
• Tags or original packaging are missing
• The product is not in resalable condition
Sets and kits
Items sold as sets or kits must be returned in full. Partial returns are not accepted.
Final Sale items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Price adjustments are not applied to previous purchases.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your right of withdrawal under EU law, which allows you to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions.
